The HullSonic Ultrasonic Antifouling System provides the latest in digital electronics and utilises the most advanced transducer technology to generate a barrier of protection on your hull. Drastically extending the life of your antifoul coating, improving fuel economy and saving you money!

 

The HullSonic brand Ultrasonic Antifouling system was developed by Globatech Australia as an Ultrasonic Antifouling system for vessels up to 20m in length that could provide the same industry leading quality in production and end results as our other brand products while being substantially more affordable than the competition. We are able to achieve this through volume production and by reducing the number of final features. The HullSonic system, like all of our electronics, are manufactured in Australia.

Description

HullSonic HS200 provides 2 x 50W outputs and generates up to 100W of ultrasonic acoustic energy. With two transducer outputs, the system is engineered as a stand-alone system for effective protection for vessels up to 32′/10m in length.

100 Watts of Power (50W per channel)

The system is capable of generating 50 Watts of signal output per channel (100W total). The Ultrasonic acoustic sonication disrupts fouling attachment, growth, and reproduction.

2 Ultrasonic Transducers (Emitters)

This system is equipped with two ultrasonic transducers that are used to generate the ultrasonic energy, this energy will emanate through the protected surfaces and disrupt marine fouling.

ECONOMY / STANDARD & BOOST Modes Mode

This HullSonic system provides a convenient low power mode (ECO) for use with solar & wind power supplies. While also retaining the STANDARD mode for normal operation & a BOOST mode for increased output, allowing you to manage your system as you see fit.

Package Includes:

• 1 x HullSonic HS200 Control Module (2 x 50W Outputs).
• 2 x Ultrasonic Transducers (HS-T50) each with 23ft(7m) of silicone rubber cable.
• 2 x HullSonic Transducer mounting footprints.
• 1 x Tube Loctite 515 Transducer gasket material.
• 1 x 16ft (5m) silicon Rubber Battery Power Cable (pre-attached to the control module).
• 1 x Transducer Installation Kit (JB Weld Epoxy Adhesive & mixer).
• 1 x In-Line fuse and spare fuse kit.
• 1 x Full color instruction manual.

Please Note: HullSonic ultrasonic anti-fouling systems are provided with 23ft of cable per transducer. Depending on boat size, you may require additional transducer cable to reach the transducer mounting location. Typically this can be extended using the off-cuts from other transducers installed closer to the control module, or using the same type of cable. Contact Us for assistance with extension advise. Lengths can be extended up to 80m. 

This unit can also be combined with other Hull Sonic systems to extend protective range and/or anti-fouling intensity.
